Marketplaces are very common element in all roleplaying game environments. In medieval era - and fantasy worlds inherited mainly from that era - marketplaces were vital, as most people or their servants went to fetch food from marketplaces. Farmers and herders came to villages, towns or cities to sell their animals, meat, wool, grain or other goods, rich merchants visit marketplaces to oversee their business or to do some great deals and pickpockets look for victims on the crowded marketplaces. And even in modern era marketplaces in form or another can be used to create authentic atmosphere.
This tiny and simple printable papercraft model allows you to create your fleet of space freighters with a feel of the popular scifi series. I didn't plan the model for public download - sorry if there are any inaccuracies, I tried to clean up the sheet a bit.
As a great Babylon 5 Fan, I've been building an amount of Babylon 5 ships in order to use them in roleplaying games and miniature games. As freighters have an essential part in e2o game, I just had to create some freighters too. These pics show you how I've created 5 Asimov -class freighters, one of which was turned into a Psi Corps freighter.
Hello, and welcome back to Epsilon station! There has been another long pause with development of e2o. This has happened for several reasons; Taking care of a baby, playing games that don't need work and other things have taken me away from the development for a while. I also decided that I need a RopeCon where I don't need to stress, so e2o won't be seen in RopeCon this year. But there will be e2o demo in Tracon, which takes place in september this year.
About 10 years ago, I started a Star Wars roleplaying game campaign. I wanted to have good props for it, and one part of the project was creating starships and fighters. Later, when Star Wars miniatures Starship battles(link is external) came out, these fighter models became obsolete for me. The trouble to create them was just so big, and they still lacked in detail.
Lord Zavere had promised to Linele's ghost and Reilukerho to find out where Linele's body and the demon possessing it are. With Shard's help, he found that the demon is inhabiting the lighthouse island in front of Ptolus. Reilukerho got themselves a boat on started to row towards the island.
PC's entered realm of Quaan with flying mounts. Only part of the encounters was photographed: An encounter with a giant patrol and the final encounter with the beholder. Other encounters were orcs & illithid at the swamp (the illithid carried Black Grail, which was picked up by Aurora, fey warlock - she's gained some power, situation is about to build up... and unfortunately Disintegration is quite much nerfed in 4E so illithid gave little resistance :P ), and ogres guarding the black manor & bunch of Yuan-Ti.
Players meet captain Norris Felder and his treasure while trying to find source of a scream, and a Charad titan appears and abducts PC's to an ancient small plane of everwinter, where Charad titans (= 4E Eldrich titans) live. PC's fled two attacking titans (Eldrich Titans).
Most frequent question I get asked on gaming sites is about how I have created fire and smoke. Now I'm releasing a tutoral about this topic - while it's actually about creating starship wrecks, it will teach you how to model fire. Another page (coming soon) will show you applications of this technique.
Heroes have been going adventuring while the workers they've hired are starting to build basement to the house. To everyone's surprise, the building seems to actually have a basement - the workers hit solid built stone and couldn't advance more. After a bit of searching, the heroes found a secret door that leads to the basement.
Raguel, Lord of Dark Reliquary and Leader of the Fallen, has asked a PC's to do them a job. In addition to promise of an enormously valuable diamond, he promises to help them free their lost friend, Calista from dungeons below the Dark Reliquary. In the picture above, players have just entered the reliquary using teleport.
In the 1st jewel plane - saving villagers with just a few sticks at hands; PC's arrived to the plane without any equipment or even clothes.
